Initialization for Multichannel Nonnegative Matrix Factorization Using Nonnegative Independent Component Analysis

摘要

This paper proposes an initialization for multichannel nonnegative matrix factorization (MNMF) using nonnegative independent component analysis(NICA). This method is an application of the method proposed for single-channel NMF in the past to MNMF. The experimental results of music separation indicate that the proposed method outperforms the conventional method.
