The Impact of Collaborative Innovation Competence on Enterprises' Innovation Performance in Supply Chain Networks

A moderating effect model was built to analyze how the collaborative innovation of enterprises in a supply chains network and their collaborative innovation competence to influence their innovation performance. An empirical study was conducted on the basis of 158 valid questionnaires as the samples and the data collected from the SMEs in the supply chain network in Shandong and by utilizing the moderated multiple regression (MMR) method. It shows that the corporate collaborative innovation and collaborative innovation competence have stronger positive influences on the corporate innovation performance, and the collaborative innovation competence has certain moderating effect between the collaborative innovation and the innovation performance.
