Energy Consumption of Assembly Instructions in Load-Store Microprocessor Architectures

摘要

The paper presents results from the measurement of energy consumption of assembly instructions addressing modes in load-store microprocessors. The selected illustrative architecture for conducting the research is the ARM Cortex-M4F which is widely used by IoT devices. An insight of the measurement setup is given so that other scientists could use the same approach in related experiments.
