Dual-band/multi-band imaging technology can effectively improve the detection and identification capability for infrared camera. As a key part, the medium-wave infrared/long-wave infrared (MWLR/LWIR) systems become one of hot issues research subjects. The common optical path of MWLR/LWIR total reflection system was designed based on the folded idea. The system works at the wavelength of 3-5μm urn and 8-14μm, its working parameters are the focal length of 100mm, field of view12°×12°and F of 0.9. The MWLR/LWIR systems share the four concentric zone mirrors, it is the total reflection structure without aberration, and the quality of image arrives at the diffraction-limitation. This system has the characteristics of wide spectrum, large field of view, no aberration and could satisfy the requirements in the field of security and military.
