Research and Development of Mobile Application for Elevator Balance Coefficient Detector

Existing elevator balance coefficient detection equipment have some disadvantages, such as the heavy detection host and the inconvenient user terminal. To overcome these shortcomings, portable test host and mobile application are developed for balance coefficient detection. The detection host is based on the principle of "no-load power method", it contains power and speed detection modules. After signal conversion, the data is transmitted to the mobile phone through Bluetooth. The mobile phone application displays the running state of the elevator dynamically, and saves the measurement parameters and calculation results. Through using the portable host and mobile application, the problems of the existing test equipment are solved, which makes the elevator balance coefficient detection more efficient and convenient.
