Multi-Function Tibetan Input Method on Android

摘要

Input method is one of the essential applications on the mobile intelligent terminal, and Tibetan input method is even more indispensable for people who use Tibetan. This paper introduces the Tibetan input method on Android system, which integrates online handwritten Tibetan input, Tibetan Latin transcoding input, Tibetan keyboard input and other input modes. It is the first design and implementation of the fast input method of Latin transcoding covering Tibetan basic set, extension set A, extension set B and Tibetan words. Compared with other Tibetan input methods on major platforms at present, the Tibetan input method proposed in this paper has concise and beautiful user interface, simple and smooth ways of input, can cater to various input needs of users, and more in line with the current trend.
