摘要

Aiming at the problem of grinding burn easily caused by too high grinding temperature, combined with the characteristics of grinding wheel, the grinding temperature simulation experiment of grooved wheel was established. In this paper, the orthogonal experiment method is used to establish the three-dimensional model of groove grinding wheel with different sizes. The results show that the grinding fluid can enter into the grinding wheel and the grinding temperature can be reduced effectively.
