The range of equipment that needs to be operated in the startup process of the pumped storage unit in back-to-back mode is discussed in this article, and the analysis of the security lockout relationship and sequence between devices is also discussed in the article. The driven machine is the master, which can ensure the synchronization and safety of the startup process. Moreover, the interaction information between the two units in the back-to-back mode is reasonably set.
