摘要

In the last few years, the development of smart substation technology in china has changed rapidly. The conventional microcomputer type of backup automatic switch will lose its original logic when the operation mode of the power grid changes. Wide-area backup automatic switch system can greatly reduce the operational risk of smart substation through automatic input of emergency generator. Aiming at the special power grid structure in Shenyang, this essay proposes wide-area backup automatic switch system for Smart Substation in this area. This system uses the optical-fiber channel for communication transmission based on IEC61850 standard. This essay explains the system framework and control principle of wide-area backup automatic switch system, and Selective analysis action logic of it. In finally, we use Real Time Digital Simulator (RTDS) simulate and analyze wide-area backup automatic switch system in this area; the simulation results verify its feasibility.
