This paper proposes a quarterly reconfiguring method, which can address the impact of multiple switching actions on the operation of distribution network. Firstly, according to the characteristics of seasonal fluctuation of power loads, the K-means clustering algorithm is used to extract representative load scenarios for each quarter. Then, aiming at the minimum the comprehensive cost including the cost of distribution network losses and the compensation cost of flexible load, the mathematical model of quarterly distribution network reconfiguration is established. Finally, the validity of the proposed reconfiguration model is tested on the IEEE 33 node system.
