With the evolution of electronic transducer and remarkable deployment of practical application, the issues of stability and reliability are gradually exposed. To obtain accurate ambient temperature data at a relatively low cost and evaluate the influence of ambient temperature to output signal from electronic transducer, an online ambient temperature monitoring system based on thermocouple is inplemented. The electromotive force is sampled by ADC with high resolution, and then fed to corresponding NIST functions for nonlinearity error correction according to specific thermocouple type. The corrected data is refined by Kalman filter to exclude system perturbation and measure noise and finally transfer to merged unit through fiber by concentrator for storage and further analysis. Cyclic temperature experiment is done in the chamber and the influence of temperature to transducer output signal accuracy is qualitatively analyzed using the recorded data.
