摘要

Load frequency control is the core function of the auto generation control in power grid, which maintains the frequency and power stability and regulates the exchange power between different areas. In this paper, synergetic control theory is introduced to improve the regulating ability of load frequency control of interconnected hydraulic-thermal power system. For the purpose of verifying the validity of the synergetic control method, several experiments are conducted under different conditions. The simulation results indicate that the proposed synergetic controller is an effective alternative compared with traditional PI controller.
