The development of intelligent home has promoted the residents' attention to intelligent power management, the electric load of its mainly includes electric vehicles, electric lights, televisions, computers, air conditioners, water heaters, washing machines etc., while, this urbanization has led to the continuous emergence of commercial buildings, and the proportion of energy consumption in commercial buildings has continued to rise, the electric load of its mainly includes electric vehicles, lighting load and fixed electric load. The charging and discharging characteristics of electric vehicles have also made their role in the optimal management of intelligent power management for residential and commercial users. After plug-in electric vehicle grid, the power consumption characteristics of different users show significant differences. Therefore, this paper studies the intelligent power management framework considering electric vehicles for different users. For residential users, this paper studies the intelligent power management problem of electric vehicles, establishes the electric vehicle model of residential users, and proposes an intelligent power management framework for residential users considering electric vehicles. For commercial users, the model of electric vehicle for commercial users is established and the framework of intelligent power management system for commercial users considering electric vehicles is proposed. The framework of different user intelligent power management systems considering electric vehicles proposed in this paper lays a theoretical foundation for the study of intelligent power optimization strategies.
