In recent years, communication radar integration research has received extensive attention. The communication radar system based on waveform multiplexed signals has a high degree of integration, and it is one of the hotspots in communication radar integration research direction. In this paper, a communication radar integrated signal of MCPC (Multi-carrier Complementary Phase-coded) based on Costas coding is proposed. By analyzing the ambiguity function of MCPC signal, we can know that the system using this signal has excellent radar detection capability. The subcarriers of the signal are encoded by Costas array, enabling them to carry communication information efficiently. The simulation results show that the communication radar integrated system using this signal has better radar detection and communication capabilities, which can meet the needs of practical applications.
