an airport scene photoelectric surveillance and warning integrated solution is provided for reducing unsafe incidents and accident indication rates on the airport surface. The integrated solution includes an airport scene photoelectric surveillance warning method based on visible light and infrared sensors and a system design scheme. An airport scene photoelectric surveillance warning system design scheme includes a system framework structure and a data processing flow. The surveillance and warning methods include the following steps: fusing, splicing, correcting and reconstructing infrared and visible images to form an airport scene photoelectric panoramic situation; performing classification recognition and continuous tracking on moving objects on the airport scene, analyzing and predicting behaviors and intentions of the moving objects, and performing classified warning on potential conflicts on the airport scene. Finally, verifying feasibility and reasonability of the airport surface photoelectric surveillance warning method and solution provided in the text by virtue of the surface running situation, target recognition and tracking and conflict alert results on an airfield in southwestern China.
