摘要

Aiming at the defects of traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor parameters measurement, which usually adopts specific instrument besides workload and cost are large, a system based on LabVIEW for automatic measurement of permanent magnet synchronous motor parameters is proposed. The proposed system continuously injects different voltages into the q axis and d axis of the motor through the test board, generates the corresponding current of q axis and d axis, collects data in real time and sends it back to LabVIEW platform, and automatically calculates and displays various parameters and waveforms of the motor. The results show that the system has high degree of automation, quick and convenient, direct display, high measurement accuracy, low cost and strong practicability.
