The main objective of this work is to calibrate and optimize the parameters interacting in ICARE model. By which simulates the water and heat within the soil-vegetation-atmosphere continuum. This model will be tested on an experimental site which is a wheat plot located in the region of Marrakech. The soil moisture part of our model is described by a diffusive description of the soil moisture, which is complex due to the non-linearity of the equation. The optimization method used in our SVAT model is based on the MOSCEM (Multi-Objective Shuffled Complex Evolution Metropolis ) algorithm...
