摘要

In this paper, time-division bargaining model is formulated to maximize overall transmission rate for both primary and secondary users. The theoretical analysis is based on the framework of Nash Bargaining theory to allocate time of transmission for primary user and secondary user in overlay mode cognitive radio emergency networks. The two user time bargaining theory is developed to bargain transmission time between primary and secondary user. Simulations are provided to testify the proposed solution.
