摘要

In order to reduce CO_2 emissions from the viewpoint of protecting the global environment, in the automobile industry, Improve fuel economy by reducing the weight of the car body. For this purpose, the automobile industry is attempted conversion from iron-based materials of automobile parts to aluminum, aluminum to magnesium, resin, with a low specific gravity. Aluminum alloy is applied to automobile parts because it is easier to recycle, cheap and environmentally friendly than resin. Most of these alloys are based on Al-Si system alloy, and Al-Si system alloy added with a small amount of Cu, Mg, Ni, are used as the casting alloy. On account of the Al-Si alloys are low-density, good castability, and excellent corrosion resistance.
