摘要

Silicon bronzes are characterized by good mechanical properties and high corrosion resistance. During the research, the process of die-casting and gravity casting in sand molds was realized. The centrifugal casting of the sleeve in the machine with the horizontal axis of rotation of the mold was analyzed. The study evaluates the effect of the content of alloying elements and variable casting parameters on the microstructure and mechanical properties of alloys. The elements which concentration changed were nickel and zirconium. The research results were summarized on the basis of microstructure analyses and mechanical properties estimates. The aim of the experiment was to determine how the alloying additions and the change of pouring parameters affect the properties of the BK331 alloy.
