In this paper, the deviation from eutectic composition in boundary layer for eutectic growth is studied by phase-field. According to a series of artificial phase diagram, the regular eutectic growth of these alloy is simulated during directional solidification. At steady-state, average growth velocity of eutectic lamella will equal to the pulling velocity. Due to the asymmetry of phase diagram, the composition in boundary layer deviate from eutectic composition, which is consistent with the results predicted by Magnin-Trivedi model. In addition, the S/L interface of P phase appear a depression because of the deviation.
