摘要

In this paper, Power Spectral Density (PSD) based phase compensation procedure for Arabic speech enhancement method is presented in which noisy magnitude is recombined with changed phase spectrum to give a modified complex spectrum. Using PSD, low energy noise components are targeted more which cancel out in the synthesis. The procedure employs inverted power spectral density function to compensate the phase spectrum for additive noise distortion. The proposed method is evaluated using objective measures against popular speech enhancement methods taking various noise conditions.
