摘要

The analysis of RES based power generating system is utmost important because of its fluctuating nature. The main aim of the present work is to provide uninterrupted electrical power to the rural areas where either grid power is not available full time or not electrified to full fill the Government of India's mission “Power to All” by 2020. An economical and optimized hybrid model has been designed and analyzed for its feasibility by utilizing locally available RES for providing energy security to residential people of a village of Haryana (India). The potential of different renewable energy resources and their feasibility for distributed power generation is carried out. Based on the availability of RES at selected site, different configurations of hybrid model have been developed and compared in terms of tech-no-economical and green house gas (GHG) emissions. From the obtained results it is revealed that the proposed model is more reliable, efficient and cost effective. Further, the green house gas emissions are very less as compared to the other hybrid models available in the literature.
