A renovated pole clustering technique is proposed in this paper to simplify large-scale linear dynamic systems into lower order. The denominator of the simplified system is obtained by using renovated pole clustering technique and numerator coefficients are computed by factor division algorithm. The proposed algorithm is computationally simple and capable to retain stability of the original high order system. The method is illustrated with the help few numerical examples and compared with the well-known order reduction methods existed in the literature. The proposed method is also applicable to linear multi- inputs and multi- outputs (MIMO) systems as well.
