Application of FPGA in the Electric Customer Service Hall

This article first investigates the existing application status of FPGA in power system, and finds that the current application relies more on the hardware advantages and characteristics of FPGA. Then it discusses the application scenarios in electric power customer service of FPGA combined with artificial intelligence technology, including the service quality inspection of the staff, the behavior monitoring of non-staff, the monitoring of the operational status of the service hall equipment and the carrying capacity of the service hall window. Finally, it analyzes the difficulties to be solved of the FPGA application in power customer service. The solutions includes data accumulation for related samples, algorithms and model optimization for corresponding scenarios and light-weighting model to better adapt to low-power consumption requirement for FPGA hardware.
