As a high-speed, full-duplex, synchronous serial bus, SPI bus has been widely used in the field of communication. After introducing the characteristics and operating principle of SPI bus, this paper analyzes the data reliability problem of SPI bus in the process of communication in complex environment. For the case of one-way data transmission of SPI bus between microprocessors in engineering project, this paper makes use of the two-way synchronous transmission characteristics of SPI bus, and through the effective use of idle bus, sets up a closed-loop diagnostic mechanism for data abnormality detection, and adopts a limited number of retransmission strategy to improve the reliability of SPI bus data in the case of abnormal data in communication. Experiments show that the reliability of the SPI bus data applied with the abnormal retransmission strategy has been greatly improved, so as to improve the accuracy and reliability of SPI bus data in the complex environment of application engineering.
