Growth in the measurement of OTP will only grow in the coming years. 1.Data transparency, consumer choice, social media and product marketing will drive usage. 2.Improvements on OTP performance will be challenging given the current constraints. 3.We may need to start discussing how we measure OTP and the criteria set for such measurement. 4.OAG will continue to gather data, provide insights and thought leadership in this area.
