摘要

This paper presents a voltage sag analysis method in the transmission system which focuses on its effect on large customers. The scope of this study is 115kV and 22 kV power system of Central-1 Area of Electricité du Laos (EDL) in Vientiane Capital, Lao's People Democratic Republic (Lao PDR). The method of voltage sag assessment will be presented that can as a guideline for the power system engineers on planning for improving their system and the large customer for protecting the sensitive equipment. The proposed method evaluates the reliability of transmission system by using the record of interruption number and repaired time duration per year which had occurred in Central-1 Area of EDL. DIgSILENT Power Factory is used as a tool to simulate the system.
