摘要

Our hybrid compound expressed better effects on EC protection, EC migration and SMC inhibition compared to single functional drugs. SA-2 also enhanced in angiogenesis under tress compared to VEGF treated and non-treated groups. Our nanoparticles improved bioavailability of the drug thanks to hydrolysis protection, sustained release and stability, leading to improvement in EC protection, proliferation and angiogenesis.
