摘要

We have developed and characterized a unique mouse model of airway inflammation for analysis of the potential for manipulation by hydrogel injections. Initial studies characterizing hydrogel behavior in vivo suggest potential injection sites near axillary lymph node as well as evidence of protein retention. Future studies will reveal the immunomodulatory ability of the proposed hydrogel networks.
