摘要

We developed a nanocomposite bioink formulation that can mimic the natural microenvironment of cells. The presence of CNC reinforces the mechanical properties of the hydrogels and influences the morphology of encapsulated cells. Moreover, our results demonstrate that the GelMA-CNC formulations can be used for bioprinting of 3D constructs, maintaining a high viability of the printed cells and showing promise for applications in tissue engineering.
