摘要

MPμSL was used to fabricate tissue scaffolds with various pore sizes while maintaining constant porosity and pore geometry to evaluate pore size effects on fibroblast proliferation. The data suggest that a wider range of pore sizes is necessary to draw general conclusions, but that the techniques demonstrated can be used to evaluate the effects of not only pore size but also shape, porosity, permeability, and other scaffold design parameters.
