1. Microporous PCL scaffolds recruit metastatic E0771 tumor cells in vivo, which support their potential for early detection of metastatic cells. 2. The scaffold-based allogeneic tumor vaccine reduced tumor burden and incidence in the E0771 -Br2 mouse tumor model in a prophylactic setting. 3. The vaccine will be further investigated for its efficacy as a therapeutic against metastasis at early and late time points following primary tumor resection.
