We developed new binder jetting process for fabricating medical parts using alpha-TCP powder and chelating agent based ink. Our conclusions are as follows; (1) The porous parts can be fabricated by new BJ process. We can make approximately 500 micrometers in diameter through-hole, which is superior to existing BJ process. (2) Porosity was approximately 60%, and compressive strength was from 25MPa to 30MPa without post-treatment process. (3) We found the fabricated sample was chemically stable in SBF solution, and cell proliferation behavior was also favorable. It is possible to fabricate a bio-absorbable medical parts for bone regenerating implants.
