Established in 1992, ICPADS has been a major international forum for scientists and engineers to exchange and share new ideas and their latest research results regarding systems that are inherently parallel and/or distributed. It is a great honor to extend our personal greetings to each and every one of you who are attending the 24th IEEE International Conference on Parallel and Distributed Systems (IEEE ICPADS 2018) in the wonderful city of Singapore.
