Cyber-Physical Power System of Micro Smart Grid on the base of transformer substation 7000kVA

摘要

Interactive cyber-physical power system with information about the state of protective equipment of smart transformer substation 10/0,4 7000 kVA is discussed. This transformer substation is a part of distribution network of MPEI. Realized system corresponds online internet monitoring of electric energy of object, similarly system of electric supply of the main the television and radio complexes of Russia. This system gives complete state history during to the pre-fault and post-fault conditions, viewing measured items form of table, waveforms and spectra. Information of voltage failures quantity, overvoltage and voltage impulses is saved in graphic and text files. Controllable parameters and all regular and emergency events are displayed on block of special screen forms, one-line diagram of animation and color change. Remote access through the Internet to real production equipment[1] has allowed to create essentially new educational infrastructure of educational process for various electro technical specializations of higher educational schools of Russia and the different branch educational centre's for various level and to acquaint community of electrical engineers with potential possibilities of an ONLINE OF POWER QUALITY PARAMETERS.
