摘要

In this paper the concept of dynamic radioresources and quality of service control in 5thgeneration mobile networks with enhanced mobile broadband access, massive machine type communications and ultrareliable and low latency communications proposed by authors is described. That concept makes possible to minimize the costs of equipment vendors and mobile operators by decreasing the number of radio subsystem hardware elements, which can be done because of the using the multifunctional distributed dynamic multiple access control protocol called MFMAC.
