The goal of the workshop on Computer Vision for Road Scene Understanding and Autonomous Driving (CVRSUAD) is to allow researchers in these fields to present their progress and discuss novel ideas that will shape the future of this area. In particular, we aim for this workshop to bridge the gap between the community that develops novel theoretical approaches for road scene understanding and the community that builds working real-life systems performing in real-world conditions. To this end, we regularly invite speakers covering different continents and coming from both aca-demia and industry. This series of workshops started in 2013 in conjunction with ICCV, with the initial name Workshop on Computer Vision for Autonomous Driving. Since then, the workshop has been organized every year, in conjunction with ECCV and ICCV alternatively.
