Analysis of large-scale electricity load profile using clustering method

摘要

It is important to understand electricity user's power consumption characteristics for DSM(demand side management) purpose. In this paper, a method combine with hierarchical and fuzzy-c mean was introduced with a case study for more than 300 utilities' load are provided. The results show that our algorithm can classify a large number of samples into finite species, and successfully obtain baseline load profile.
