摘要

The stabilization of the relative equilibrium of a satellite in a circular orbit is considered. The satellite is equipped with a magnetic orientation system. A new analytic approach to the study of this problem is proposed. It is shown that the linearized system of equations of motion belongs to a special class of the linear time-varying control systems that are reducible to the higher-order time invariant ones. Based on the obtained time invariant system, controllability is studied, and stabilization algorithms are constructed. The results of numerical simulation confirm the effectiveness of the proposed methodology.
