摘要

Hardware Trojans (HT) have become a new threat to integrated circuits, which is difficult to be detected and couldn't be removed. Most of the HTs are designed for extracting the secret key in cryptographic devices. We proposed a new implementation of Trojan side-channel (TSC) combining with side channel attacks (SCA) in this article. This TSC could change the random numbers input of the encryption algorithm with masking method and invalid the protective measures (masking scheme) of encryption algorithm. We insert the TSC into SM4 algorithm and test it on FPGA and the experimental results prove the feasibility of the proposed scheme.
