The circulator is an important device in the microwave field. In recent years, due to the development of millimeter wave communication, microwave devices have begun to be miniaturized and easy to integrate. With the development of the technology, the market is beginning to see the need for circulators based on the new band. Based on ferrite materials, this paper, designs a microstrip circulator working at 1.9-2.6GHz, which is designed and simulated in the commercial simulation software HFSS. The data are applicable to the corresponding industrial indicators and needs. The measurement meets the requirements, and the processing and design scheme has reference significance for the circulators in other frequency bands.
