摘要

Dynamic power flow calculation is an important functional module in DTS (Dispatcher Training System). With the fast development of renewable power installation worldwide, the penetration of wind and photovoltaic power in power system increases rapidly. To consider wind and photovoltaic models has been an urgent demand for frequency response calculation and power flow calculation. The paper first demonstrates the primary frequency regulation methods of renewable power generators on the basis of their static frequency regulation characteristics within fixed frequency intervals. Then a dynamic power flow calculation algorithm that considers the static frequency regulation characteristics of wind/photovoltaic/diesel in DTS system is brought up. Finally, the validity of proposed algorithm and program are verified by IEEE-30 bus system.
