In the doubly selective mobile channel, the OFDM has serious inter-carrier interference (ICI). To overcome this problem, traditional interference cancellation (IC) method could be used under this circumstance. While the performance of traditional serial and parallel interference cancellation is depressed by error propagation. We proposed a power spreading based iterative IC algorithm, by using this method, without the error propagation is relieved, we could still get the multipath diversity of OFDM systems. Comparing with the linear detection method, about 4.5dB gain is delivered by iterative detection algorithm at the BER of 10−2.
