摘要

Green certificate and carbon emissions trading mechanisms have received more and more attention, which can support the renewable energy cross-regional power transaction. Under such background, a bidding optimization model is proposed in the paper based on cooperative game, in which the constraints of power flow, transmission line capacity, ramp rate of thermal power plants are considered. Specially, total coalition profits of the power plants in power sending end area will be optimized by scheduling the bidding price, and the coalition profits are allocated to each plant according to Shapley value. Finally, simulation results show that the proposed approach can increase the profit of each power plant as promoting the consumption of renewable energy.
