摘要

This paper presents the study of maximum power point tracking with only one current sensor and describes a method to improve the performance of conventional algorithms. Fast tracking, minimum oscillations around MPP, and application for different dc/dc converters are major improvements. Additionally, the method has the advantages of good efficiency, fast dynamic response, and low implementation cost. The theory and concept of new idea is explained in detail. The validity and performance of the proposed method is also verified by simulation and experimental results.
