On 28 April 2016, with the seventh satellite of Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System (IRNSS) launched successfully, India has established its independent regional satellite navigation system. In this work, we use STK to give a simulation about IRNSS, study the number of IRNSS satellites which cover the territory of India, calculate the dilution of precision (DOP) value of IRNSS by latitude and longitude.
