In this paper, we study the stability analysis of stochastic genetic regulatory networks with interval time-varying delays. At first, we develop a new inequality to deal with multiple integrals with stochastic terms. Then, based on the suitable Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and linear matrix inequalities, a delay-dependent and delay-rate-dependent mean square asymptotic stability criterion is derived. Finally, it is shown that the proposed method is effective and feasible through a numerical example.
