In this paper a comparison of leakage current between silicone rubber insulators, different shed epoxy resins and the same epoxy shed resin to obtain comparative values between insulator forms and insulator materials used by testing dry conditions and conditions with Different conductivity values are 10mS/cm, 12mS/cm and 14mS/cm. Based on the observation and analysis of data, obtained information that the flow of information available. It was found that the contact angle of the silicone rubber insulator was 81.44°. The different warehouse epoxy resin contact angles from rice husk ash insulators before being crushed had 99,70° contact angles after pulverized nesar changed to 66,09°. The contact angle of the same epoxy flake resin from rice husk ash before being crushed was 110.570° but after tidying the value changed to 70.87°. Based on data observation and analysis, information is obtained that the information flow is available. For conditions that exist on the same insulator at a voltage of 15 kV with a leakage current value of 0.021029 mA and for the smallest leakage is the Silicone Rubber isolator on the 11 kV signal with a leakage current value of 0.013188 mA. For wet conditioning testing conditions with a conductivity value of 10 mS the biggest leakage current is the same sheed insulator with a leakage current value of 0.028755 mA and the least leakage current on the silicone rubber insulator at a voltage of 11 kV with a leakage current value of 0.018699 mA. For wet conditioning testing conditions with a conductivity value of 12 mS the biggest leakage current is the same insulator with sheed with a leakage current value of 0.028929 mA and the least leakage current on the silicone rubber isolator at a voltage of 11 kV with a leakage current value of 0.019837 mA. For testing conditions of wet conditioning with a conductivity value of 14 mS mS the largest leakage current is the same sheed isolator with a leakage current value of 0.029725 mA and the least leakage current on the silicone rubber isolator at a voltage of 11 kV with a leakage current value of 0.020501 mA.
