Since March 2018, the ministry of information and communications of SGCC has organized the design work of the full-service ubiquitous power Internet of Things, and using the IMS administrative switching network as the communication support network for the Internet of Things. The construction of IMS administrative switching network faces a series of planning research such as core network, bearer network, access network and so on.
